Questions We Hear Every Day

Can you check on my parent while I’m at work?

Yes. Many families rely on us for peace of mind while they’re at work or live out of town. Our nurses provide skilled care, safety checks, medication reminders, companionship during visits, and updates so you always know how your loved one is doing.

My loved one is coming home after surgery tomorrow. Can someone be there?

Absolutely. We specialize in helping clients transition safely from the hospital to home. Our nurses can be there when your loved one arrives home to assist with medications, mobility, pain management, wound monitoring, and recovery.

Can your nurse stay overnight after my procedure?

Yes. We offer overnight nursing care to ensure you remain safe and comfortable during the first few nights after surgery or during times when additional monitoring is needed.

Will I have the same nurse each visit?

Whenever possible, yes. We understand how important consistency is in building trust and providing exceptional care. We strive to match clients with the same nurse or a small, familiar team of nurses.

Can you help organize medications?

Yes. Medication safety is one of our priorities. Our nurses can organize medications, review medication schedules, monitor for side effects, and help ensure medications are taken correctly as prescribed.

What happens if my condition changes?

Our nurses continually assess your health during every visit. If we notice any changes or concerns, we promptly communicate with you, your family, and your healthcare provider so appropriate action can be taken quickly.

Can you keep my family informed?

Yes. With your permission, we provide regular updates to designated family members, helping everyone stay informed and giving loved ones peace of mind.

Do you care for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia?

Yes. Our nurses provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We focus on safety, maintaining routines, promoting independence whenever possible, and supporting families through every stage of care.

Do you provide care in assisted living or independent living communities?

Yes. We can provide one-on-one nursing care in private homes, independent living communities, assisted living facilities, and other residential settings where additional nursing support is desired.

What makes Luxe Nursing Services different?

We believe nursing is more than providing medical care—it’s building relationships. Our experienced Registered Nurses deliver personalized, compassionate care while treating every client like family. We focus on clinical excellence, clear communication, reliability, and preserving each client’s dignity and independence. Our goal is simple: to provide the level of care we would want for our own loved ones.

What if I only need care for a few hours?

That’s perfectly okay. Not everyone needs around-the-clock care. We offer flexible scheduling based on your individual needs, whether it’s a few hours, overnight, or ongoing support.

Can I schedule a free consultation?

Yes! We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and recommend the best care plan for you or your loved one. There is no obligation, and we’re happy to help you understand.
