With nearly 30 years of combined critical care nursing experience, the founders of Luxe Nursing Services Inc, bring a deep commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and patient-centered service. As healthcare continues to evolve toward more ambulatory and home-based care, they recognized the growing need for highly skilled nurses to support patients outside of the hospital setting. Their backgrounds in high-acuity clinical environments have shaped a standard of care that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and personalized attention. Together, they created Luxe Nursing Services to deliver concierge-level private duty nursing that supports patients and families with the highest level of expertise and discretion.

Meet the Founders
Cheryl Conwell, DNP, ANP-BC
Cheryl Conwell has been a nurse for over 32 years, spending much of her career working as an acute care nurse practitioner in a fast-paced recovery room and ICU setting in New York City. Her extensive experience also includes pain management, where she developed strong expertise in managing complex patient needs with both clinical skill and compassion. Cheryl is known for her commitment to patient-centered care and for serving as a mentor to new nursing staff, helping guide and support the next generation of nurses.
For more than 15 years, Cheryl has also worked in private duty nursing, where she prioritizes patients-first approach and individualized care. She strongly believes in collaborating closely with patients and their families to develop personalized plans of care that promote comfort, safety, and the best possible outcomes. Cheryl earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children and is proud to bring her experience and dedication to Luxe Nursing Services Inc.
Erin Niklinski, MSN, RN, CPAN, ONC
Erin Niklinski has been a registered nurse for over 26 years, spending most of her career in a fast-paced recovery room in New York City caring for patients in the immediate postoperative period. Her extensive critical care experience has developed strong clinical judgment and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to complex patient needs. In addition to her bedside expertise, Erin has held leadership roles that emphasize teamwork, quality improvement, and the delivery of evidence-based care.
Erin has also worked in private duty nursing for more than 15 years and is deeply committed to providing individualized, patient-centered care that supports both patients and their families. She earned her undergraduate degree from Pace University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama. Erin currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and three children and is proud to bring her experience and passion for high-level, compassionate care to Luxe Nursing Services Inc.
